2) Appicable tax will be applied to orders shipped to Colorado

For special cases, payment can be made by check or money order, but shipping will be delayed until those forms of payment are approved by the bank.
4) All prices listed are in US dollars. The price quoted when purchase was made will be good for that purchase, but prices may change over time. Applicable tax and shipping charges will be assessed at the time of purchase, and will be added to the purchase price following the receipt of your order.
5) Shipping: All products are shipped from the manufacurer where the items are made, and generally will be shipped withing 2-4 business days, depending on availability. You will be notified by email if shipping will be delayed for any reason. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. boxes.
6) Returns: Our company prides itself on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the reponsibility of the customer. Please call first for returns. Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at returns@yogaanddancesupplies.com, or phone 719-689-5808, and you will receive instructions about how to return the merchandise. |
